1. Since the Items are made especially for you may not cancel your order without any legal cause.
2. You may cancel your order only if we fail to supply you the Items that were purchased by you.
3. In the event that you canceled the order according to your right according to the law and in accordance with these conditions, we will refund you with the purchase sum against the return of the items intact and according to our instructions. Refund of the sum will be done as much as possible through the Credit Provider in which the payment was made to us.

Delivery Within Israel

Orders shipped within Israel will be delivered to the address you provided within up to 14 business days, starting from the date we receive a valid, confirmed payment authorization from your credit provider.
Orders placed after 14:00 will be considered as received on the following business day for shipping purposes.

International Shipping

For international orders, please refer to the shipping information available on our website or contact our customer service team to confirm delivery timelines for your destination.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are specified during checkout. If a product page or order summary indicates that the item price includes shipping, no additional shipping charge will apply.

Late Delivery Compensation

If delivery is delayed beyond the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, you may be entitled to a 0.5% refund of the total order amount per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%. If the delay exceeds this cap, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
However, if we notify you in advance of a delay and you agree to a revised delivery date, the refund policy will only apply if the new delivery window is also missed.

Inability to Deliver

If we determine, after making reasonable efforts, that delivery cannot be completed, and no alternative has been agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, your sole remedy will be a full refund of the product and shipping fees paid.

Upon Delivery

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment for accuracy and damages. If any item is missing or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will then coordinate either a replacement or a refund.
